Vintage Motorcycle Rider And Collector🏍🛵
Honda Cr 500 1985
Definitely the fastest vintage dirtbike I've ever been on. Also great bike to ride with good suspension and decent brakes. And it always starts first kick😄 The bike is still in it's break-in period!

CR500, IT465, any of those big 2 smokers took balls to ride.
You really don't need the clutch on a CR500 just to start out on.
bal bym sie odkrecic manete na 5 biegu
Best bike Honda ever built the original window maker
I rode mine to school everyday WIDE OPEN.
What a sound!
The important thing to note is that he has on his shittin pants.
That typical honda halfbogging lionsound and then wild revving. But suspension was off. That monster can kill, 4 sure.
I know, the rear shock is way too hard and front suspension is a bit soft
Dream location dream bike....but why is it not smoking?
nice riding 👌
Thank you
My nephew bought same one 1982 with stuck engine for 250$ and it's needs only new piston and cylinder, new parts around 270$. That's cool start for learning about engines for 12 years old guy
That old bike has some serious balls.
Thanks for keeping it alive
Thanks for watching!
Raced my 86 cr500 for many years, loved it!
My second bike ever. My memory tells me it was aircooled, and had a plastic tank(?) What year bike would that be?´Member it was gruesome to kick once it got really hot.. Guess I was around 8-10yr´s old when I got it from grandfather. Memories hit hard now.. Guess he´d like to get away from grandma from time to time.. He loaded the bike on his Toyota Pickup and off we go, all day long to some nearby gravel pit. Grandpa in his car reading books and newspapers, while I splashed gravel all around. From dawn to dusk. Continued on the 2-bike path since then: TM 125/ DT 50 /..and then a leap to a GSXR 1100 1991, later with a turbo. Then it was "growing up children-time", so no bike for 15+ yr´s. . but now it´s 2-wheeler time once more. Got me a GSXR1100 again, bored it to 1216, and last winter a second bike, a FZR 1000 1994. Thanks grandpa for enlighten my path forward.
" needs more power ",,said no one ever. I had a 84 and still have my 86 .
I had the 85 CR 250 gave me all the power I needed for a race The 500 was just an animal.
Looks super lean
👏👏🇧🇷✌️
Самый лучший мотоцикл за все времена !
Restored?
Lightly restored yes
@@TopRevs nice..YZM500 next?🤠👍
@@Workerbee-zy5nx That would be awesome, but the chances of finding a Yzm yamaha works bike is pretty low I would say lol
@@TopRevs top revs there is a website that sells works bikes and works parts..its a CZ bike and bike history website..check it out.
That guy knows how to start a 500. I still have my 85,86 and 88 along with a couple of 480’s. My 85 still scares the shit out of me. Short rod and quick revs with the front wheel in the air all day long. She sounds crisp and don’t sell it because you will regret it.
Thank you! Awesome bikes for sure!
Thank the Scottish for that engine.🏴
I had and raced the 84 500r and rode the 85, both extremely violent in the power band..
Love the air cooled 84 500
She's some machine that yz465. 5 speed ? What state is that. Very beatiful territory
Thanks, 5 speed yes. This is Norway
It seems that thing has desert gearing.
From 4rth to 5fth is a huge gearing difference
I had an 85 cr 500 fckn beast !!
Unfortunately, rider didn’t got enough skills to show how that beast can perform…
There is something called break-in period, don’t know if you’ve heard about it
😂 got eeeeem!
Sounds about right to break in a new top end, well done guys. Sounds fucking awesome. I'm almost a bit embarrassed that cr makes the front of my pants tights. Lol. Ride on, gentlemen, when in doubt, send it.
Hope you make another one when your break in period gonna be done and show your skills on that monster..
JUST LIKE MY MOMMA'S 😂 ❤❤❤
Proper Sounds good
Thanks!
I had a 1987…loved it!!!

Good ol CR500 👍👌
Yes she wheelies at half throttle💪
Nice I Lo e the terrortory . What state? Really cool
Thank you! This is Norway
The 1985 CR 500 was the most violent open bike Honda ever built.
84 air cooled was no joke either . Never saw another 500 keep up with them.
Man shit!💯🤟. Hell yeah...total beast of a bike.
The 85 was more violent that’s the 84. Ride both and the 85 engine was a beast. Suspension sucked
@@stevesmith756 I was there back in the day. I rode them all. Lucky my was 17 in 85
I can confirm that👍
Running good.
Thanks
No smoke. No engine life. 100 octane at 32:1 with a full synthetic oil. Like motul 800.
Awesome to see it ripping and not sitting in a garage somewhere.
Great to see! A dream bike for me as a kid, and it remained a dream. Very nice little bike, I hope you still have it.
Awesome, I still have it, I never sell my vintage dirtbikes
He's even got the old Bell Moto 111 to go with it.
What nozzels do you run on High and Low?
I jump on that bike. Ill make you look stuiped!!
Too bad you don’t have the money or the knowledge to own one!
You are a shity rider!!
Thanks for the lovely comment!!
This guy dose not know how to ride these bikes!! He cant shift he bags it out every time he hits a gear!! Fan the cluch please!

Fast bike for sure!
My last race bike was the '77 RM125 at age 17,. This one almost the same without the aluminum swingarm. The sound brings back many great memories! Cheers!!
